Sour Wear Return Policy
At Sour Wear, we’re all about keeping it real – which means making sure you love what you order. To keep things simple, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are our priority. If your item is faulty or significantly different from the description you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
To make a claim, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item, including:
Your full name
Order number
A description of the fault
Photos of the issue

Refunds and Processing Times
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sour Wear will cover the return cost of shipping if Item is deemed faulty.
Sour Wear will only process the refund once the item has been successfully returned to the warehouse and item is clearly viewed with manufacturing fault not user wear.
If the item is not deemed faulty when viewed the refund will not be processed and the item will be returned back to the consumer. This includes if signs of user wear are noted and not manufacturing fault.
Final Sale and Exclusions
Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
